Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anicca, operated by The Change Mindset Co ("Anicca," "we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Anicca is a communication-analysis tool that transcribes audio and video of conversations you upload, record, or invite our notetaker to join, and provides AI-generated feedback on language patterns, talk-to-listen ratio, and related signals. The service is intended for self-directed coaching and practice; it is not a substitute for professional advice and the analysis it produces should not be relied on for clinical, legal, or financial decisions.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Anicca. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep your contact information current.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload, record, or invite the notetaker into a meeting where you do not have the legal right to record participants. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by the laws of your jurisdiction (including all-party consent states).
• Use Anicca to harass, harm, defame, or surveil others.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service except as expressly permitted.
• Submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

Calendar & Meeting Integrations

When you invite the Anicca notetaker into a meeting, you authorize us to dispatch a notetaker bot to that meeting so it can record and analyze the conversation. You can cancel a scheduled bot at any time from within the app. Data collected this way is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Pricing may change with notice for future billing periods.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Anicca a limited license to host, process, transcribe, and analyze Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train models for third parties. We may use de-identified, aggregated signals to improve the service.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anicca's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Anicca in the twelve months preceding the claim. Anicca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the service. Upon termination, your data is removed in accordance with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms periodically; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact us.
