What gets measured
Three things, measured the same way every time
The scoring does not drift between sessions, which is what makes it worth comparing this month against last.
Generative language
How much of your language opens things up rather than shutting them down. The constricting phrasing is highlighted where it occurs in the transcript, so you are looking at the actual sentence instead of taking a number on faith.
Listening
Your share of the talking, worked out per speaker. Voices are separated automatically, which is how it can tell you that you held 78% of a conversation you remember as fairly even.
Questions
How many genuine questions you asked, and how much room they left for an answer. A meeting full of statements with a question mark on the end will score the way it felt to sit through.

The whole conversation, with each speaker identified and the moments that changed its direction marked in place.
Coaching on what you said
You get the phrase that cost you the conversation, along with something concrete you could have said instead, drawn from what was actually on the table.
